Chili Sin Carne with Minced


Sauté chili powder, cumin, coriander, garlic, onions, carrots and peppers in oil for about 10 minutes.

Take the vegetables out of the pan and sauté the NATURLI’ Minced. Put the vegetables back in the pan and add the tomatoes.

Add salt, pepper and buckwheat – and stir a couple of times. Add 1 l. of water and boil the Chili Sin Carne until the buckwheat is done, but still has a little bite.

Stir all the beans in the mix, and boil until heated – approx. 10 minutes.

Serve with grated vegan cheese, spring onions, fresh coriander and a slice of lime.
